1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
1 1/2 cups flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 1/2 cups buttermilk
1 egg
3 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons butter, melted
3/4 cup chopped pecans
2 tablespoons oats

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375.

In bowl, combine whole wheat flour, flour, salt and baking soda; add buttermilk, egg, honey, and butter; mix until blended.

Stir in pecans. Spread batter into well greased loaf pan. Sprinkle with oats.

Bake 45 minutes.

Cool in pan 10 minutes; remove from pan and cool completely.
