Maple No Bake Cookies Recipe

1 lb brown sugar
1 stick of butter
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup peanut butter
1 cup coconut
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup chopped nuts
3 cups rolled oats
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 teaspoon maple flavoring

Place sugar, butter and milk in saucepan; bring to a boil. Stir at boil stage for 1 1/2 minutes. Add all the other ingredients to the boiled mixture - right in the saucepan.

Stir until everything is well mixed.

Drop by spoonfuls onto large pieces of tin foil.
