3/4 cup ground pecans
1 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 1/4 cups flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
extra powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Stir together pecans, butter and 1/2 cup powdered sugar and vanilla, mix well; stir in flour and salt.

Chill. Roll into 1 inch balls, then roll each ball three times in the extra powdered sugar.

Place 2 inches apart on cookie sheets.

Bake at 350 until set but not browned, about 7-10 minutes.
