Pumpkin Pie Recipe

1 graham cracker crust
3/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ginger
1/4 teaspoon cloves
2 eggs
1 (15 oz) can pumpkin
1 can evaporated milk

Preheat oven to 425.

Combine sugar, cinnamon, ginger and cloves in bowl. Beat eggs lighly; stir in pumpkin and sugar-spice mix. Stir in milk. Pour into pie shell.

Bake for 15 minutes. Reduce temperature to 350; bake 40-50 minutes or util knife inserted near center comes out clean.

Cool on wire rack for 2 hours.

Serve immediately or refrigerate.
