1 cup flaked coconut
1 box carrot cake mix
1 cup water
1/2 cup oil
3 eggs
1/2 cup vanilla frosting

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 325.

Grease and flour bundt pan.

In bowl, beat cake mix, water, oil, and eggs; fold in coconut. Pour into pan.

Bake 38-43 minutes. Cool 15 minutes; remove from pan. Cool completely, about 1 hour.

Microwave frosting 8-12 seconds or until thin about to drizzle. Drizzle over top of cake. Sprinkle with coconut.
