1/2 cup butter
2 cups brown sugar
1/2 cup evaporated milk
1 cup Jiff crunchy peanut butter
1 tsp vanilla
3 cups confectioner's sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in saucepan over med heat. Stir in brown sugar and milk. Bring to a boil and boil for 2 mins, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Stir in peanut butter and vanilla. Sift confectioner's sugar in large mixing bowl. Pour mixture over confectioner's sugar. Beat with mixer until smooth. Line an 8x8 pan with waxed paper. Pour into pan and smooth. Chill 3-4 hours. Cut into squares.
