1 lb Bass Farm mild sausage
1 lb Kraft sharp cheddar cheese
2 1/2 cups Bisquick baking mix

Directions:
Directions:
Using a stand mixer, mix all ingredients until fully blended. Shape into 1" balls. Place on a jelly-roll pan and bake at 350 for 18-20 mins. Remove from oven and drain on paper towels. May be served warm or cold. These can be made ahead and placed in the freezer until ready to cook. Thaw for 20 mins before cooking.
