1 lb Bass Farm mild sausage
1 lb Kraft sharp cheddar cheese
2 1/2 cups Bisquick baking mix

Directions:
Directions:
Using a stand mixer, mix all ingredients until fully blended. Shape into 1" balls. Place on a jelly-roll pan and bake at 350 for 18-20 mins. Remove from oven and drain on paper towels. May be served warm or cold.
