1 large onion, thinly slice
3 lbs cut up chicken
2 (6 oz) cans tomato paste
4 oz sliced mushrooms
1 teaspoon salt
1 clove garlic; minced
1 teaspoon oregano
1/2 teaspoon celery seed
1/2 cup water

Directions:
Directions:
Place onion in bottom of crockpot. Add chicken pieces. Stir together remaining ingredients. Pour over chicken. Cook on low 7-9 hours.

Serve cacciatore over spaghetti.
