1 clove garlic; minced
2 tablespoons butter
1 cup ketchup
1/4 cup water
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
1 frying chicken, cut up
2 small onions, sliced and separated into rings

Directions:
Directions:
In saucepan over medium heat, cook garlic in butter for one minute. Add ketchup, water, brown sugar, salt, pepper and worcestershire sauce; bring to boil. Reduce heat cover and simmer 5 minutes.

Arrange chicken pieces in 13 x 9 baking dish. Place onion rings over chicken; pour sauce over top.

Bake at 375 for 1 hour, basting occasionally.
