1 frying chicken; cut up
3 tablespoons butter, melted
1 tablespoon parsley flakes
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon cornstarch
1/2 teaspoon ginger
4-6 garlic cloves; minced

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350.

Place chicken in ungreased 12 x 8 baking dish.

In bowl, combine remaining ingredients; blend well. Brush chicken with soy mixture.

Bake at 350 for 45-55 minutes, basting with drippings.
