1 package (16 oz) fettuccine
1/2 package (3 1/2 oz) sliced pepperoni
1 can mushrooms
2 tablespoons butter
1/4 cup milk
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Cook fettuccine as directed on package.

Meanwhile, cut pepperoni slices in half. Cook pepperoni in 2 quart saucepan over medium heat, stirring occasionally until light brown; drain & reserve.

Heat butter in same saucepan until melted. Cook mushrooms in butter. Stir in milk and cheese; heat until just hot. Stir in pepperoni & parsley.

Toss fettuccine with pepperoni mixture.

Serve with additional parmesan cheese.
