1 stick butter (not margarine)
1 lb. light brown sugar
1 lb. confectionery sugar
1 c. evaporated milk
1 jar (8 1/2 oz) marshmallow
1 jar (18oz) peanut butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in saucepan and add milk. Stir in brown sugar and confectionery sugar until smooth. Bring to a boil..Boil for 4 minutes stirring constantly. Remove from heat and add vanilla, peanut butter, and fluff (don't take too long at this point or the fudge might harden in the pan) Stir until smooth and put into a buttered pan (lasagna size). At this point give the saucepan and cooking spoon to the kids to clean for you. Put the fudge in the refrigerator and check in about an hour. The fudge should be ready to cut and return to the refrigerator to finish setting.
