1 lb ground beef
1/3 cup chopped onion
1 package mushroom gravy mix
3/4 cup water
1 jar sliced mushrooms; drained
1 cup sour cream
1 cup baking mix
1 egg
1/4 cup milk

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 400.

Grease 11 x 7 baking dish. Cook beef and onion in skillet until brown; drain. Stir in dry gravy mix, water and mushrooms. Cook 1-2 minutes until thickened; remove from heat.

Stir in sour cream. Spoon mixture into dish. Mix baking mix, egg and milk until blended. Spread evenly over beef mixture.

Bake 18-22 minutes or until browned.

Let stand 5 minutes before cutting.
