1 tablespoon oil
1/2 lb ground beef
1 large onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic; minced
1 jar spaghetti sauce
1 can tomato sauce
1 teaspoon oregano
1 lb ziti cooked 8 minutes and drained
1 (15 oz) container ricotta cheese
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
In skillet, heat oil; add beef, onion and garlic; stirring frequently cook 3 minutes. Stir in spaghetti sauce, tomato sauce and oregano; bring to a boil. Remove from heat.

Combine one cup of sauce with ziti. Spoon 1/2 ziti mixture into 13 x 9 baking dish; top with ricotta, 1 Cup mozzarella, 1 cup of sauce, remaining ziti mixture and sauce.

Cover and bake at 350 for 20 minutes.

Sprinkle with remaining 1 cup mozarella and parmesan. Bake uncovered 10 minutes longer.
