2 1/2 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup butter, softened
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 egg
2 cups rolled oats
1 tablespoon grated orange peel
1 cup raisin

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400

Grease cooking sheets.

Mix flour, baking powder and salt.

In bowl, beat together butter and sugar; beat in egg. Gradually beat in flour mixture until blended. Add oats and peel. Stir in raisins.

Drop dough by rounded teaspoons onto prepared baking sheets, spacing them 2 inches apart. Bake until golden, 10 minutes.
