1 lb ground beef
1 (16 oz) jar salsa
1 (11 oz) can mexicorn
1 1/2 cups water
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 1/2 cups uncooked instant rice
4 oz (1 cup) shredded monterey jack cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef in skillet; drain.

Stir in salsa, corn, water & chili powder; bring to a boil. Stir in rice. Cover; remove from heat. Let stand 5-7 minutes or until liquid is absorbed.

Fluff mixture with fork; sprinkle with cheese. Cover; let stand 2-3 minutes to until cheese is melted.
