1 tablespoon oil
1 1/2 lbs beef stew meat
3 medium red potatoes, unpeeled, cut into 1/2 inch cubes
1 1/2 cups frozen pearl onions
3 cups vegetable juice cocktail
3 tablespoons quick cooking tapioca
1 teaspoon beef bouillon
1/8 teaspoon garlic powdered
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce

Directions:

In large skillet, heat oil. Add beef; cook 4-6 minutes until browned.

In crockpot, combine beef and all remaining ingredients; mix well.

Cover and cook on low for 9-10 hours.
