1 1/2 tablespoons butter
1 1/2 tablespoons flour
1 teaspoon dry mustard
dash of salt & pepper
1 tablepoons worcestershire sauce
3 cups hot milk
1 cup crab meat
worcestershire, tabasco sauce to taste


Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter; add flour, mustard, salt and pepper, and worcestershire sauce. Cook 10-15 minutes, stirring constantly until smooth. Pour hot milk over crab.

Add to seasoned sauce gradully, stirring constantly.

Serve with additional worcestershire sauce and tabasco sauce.
