2 lbs. hamburger
1 small onion
salt & pepper
1 lg. can whole tomatoes
1 can kidney beans with juice
4 kidney cans of water
1 pkg. chili seasoning or lots of chili powder and salt to taste
cheddar cheese
"scoop" tortilla chips

Directions:
Directions:
Brown hamburger and onion. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Drain. Add tomatoes and cut into pieces. Add kidney beans, water and chili seasoning. Simmer 1/2 hour. Sprinkle each serving with cheddar cheese. Eat with tortilla chips
