12 oz chicken breast, chopped into bite-size pieces
1 small onion
1 small bell pepper, green or red, chopped
8 oz sliced fresh mushrooms
2 garlic cloves, minced
8 oz can no-salt-added tomato sauce
1/2 tsp fennel seeds, crushed
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp crushed red pepper
vegetable oil spray
10 oz pkg refrigerated pizza dough, or prepared crust
1 c shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425. Place chicken , onion, bell pepper,
mushrooms, and garlic in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook
chicken about 7 minutes or until no longer pink. Stir in tomato
sauce, fennel seeds, salt and crushed red pepper. Prepare
crust spoon mixture over the dough. Sprinkle with cheese.
Bake 20 minutes, or according to crust's package directions.
Cut into 8 slices.
