8 – 1- ounce squares white baking chocolate
2/3 cup heavy whipping cream
2/3 cup butter, softened
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
8 cups confectioners’ sugar

Directions:
Directions:
In a medium microwave-safe bowl, melt white chocolate squares and cream in microwave oven on High for 30-second intervals, stirring after each, until melted and smooth (approximately 1˝ minutes total). Cool completely. In a large bowl, combine white chocolate mixture, butter and vanilla. Beat at medium speed with an electric mixer until smooth. Gradually add confectioners’ sugar, beating until light and fluffy. Makes about 4 cups of frosting.
