1½ pounds tilapia fillets (may roll in flour or leave plain)
2 tablespoons butter

Sauce:
1 tablespoon butter
1 teaspoon flour
¼ cup white wine
Juice of 1 lemon
5 – 6 sprigs Italian parsley, cut up

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté fillets in 1 tablespoon butter. Cook for about 3 minutes or until golden on this side; turn fillets and add another tablespoon of butter. Cook until fish is golden and flakes easily, about 3 – 5 minutes or longer. Place fish on serving plates.

Sauce:
Place 1 tablespoon butter in saute pan; add the flour. Stir to blend. Add wine and juice of the lemon in sauté pan. Heat 1 – 2 minutes until thickened, stirring occasionally. Stir parsley into lemon butter sauce and serve over fish. Good over angel hair pasta.
