Strawberry Pie Recipe

1 c. flour
2 T. granulated sugar
1/2 c. butter

Filling:
1 qt. fresh strawberries, sliced
3/4 c. granulated sugar
3 T. flour
3 T. water

Directions:
Directions:
Crust:
Blend all ingredients until crumbly and press into a pie pan. Bake for 15 minutes at 350. Check at 10 minutes. Cool

Filling:
Cook 1/2 of the fresh sliced strawberries with the sugar, flour and water, in a pan on the stovetop until thick. Mash a little and let cool.

Line the cooled pie shell with the remaining 1/2 of the sliced strawberries. Pour the cooked berries over the fresh.

Top with whipped cream when ready to serve.
