Salted Water
Famo Self Rising Flour
Crisco

Directions:
Directions:
Brine chicken pieces in heavily salted water for two (2) to three (3) hours at room temperature.

Remove skin from breast and back portions. Rinse in cold water

Roll in self rising flour

Fry in Crisco on medium high for 15 to 20 minutes each side turning only once.
