4 cups sifted flour
1 tbsp sugar
7 tbsp shortening
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp soda
1 cup ice water

Directions:
Directions:
Sift flour in a large mixing bowl. Make a well in the center of the flour and add the sugar, salt, soda, and shortening. Chop into flour using 2 forks. Pour in the ice water. Mix well. If mixture is not stiff enough to roll, add more flour. Put in refrigerator overnight. Roll thin and cut into strips. Add to chicken broth.
