2 Cups Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
2 - 8 oz. Cream Cheese (Softened)
1 Tbsp. Chopped Pimento (Minced)
1 Tbsp. Minced Onion
1 Tbsp. Green Pepper (Chopped Fine - Optional)
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
1 tsp. Lemon Juice
Cayenne Pepper to Taste

Mix and form into a ball. Roll in chopped pecans or walnuts. Chill until serving.
