Crostini:
3 tablespoons olive oil
-inch baguette slices, 36 slices

Cheese Balls:
3 tablespoons Italian parsley, chopped finely
2 teaspoons thyme, chopped finely
2 teaspoons rosemary leaves, chopped finely
1 teaspoon lemon zest
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
teaspoon salt
1 11-ounce log soft goat cheese
1 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil or Meyer lemon olive oil

Crostini:
Arrange slices on a baking sheet. Drizzle 3 tablespoons olive oil over bread slices. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes.

Cheese Balls:
Stir herbs, lemon zest, salt and pepper to blend. Using 2 teaspoons of goat cheese, roll into 1-inch balls. Roll balls in herbs to coat completely. Arrange balls on platter and drizzle with extra virgin olive oil over and around cheese balls. Serve with crostini. Garnish with herb sprigs.

Note: Crostini and cheese balls can be made 1 day ahead. Store crostini in an airtight container at room temperature. Cover and refrigerate cheese balls.
