1 med cabbage
1 1/2 gal green tomatoes
1 1/2 qt onions
3-4 green peppers
3-4 red peppers
2 hands of salt

Syrup:
1 qt vinegar
5 cups sugar
2 tbsp mixed spices, tied in bag

Directions:
Directions:
Grind cabbage, tomatoes, onions, and peppers. Add salt. Put into cloth bag and drain overnight. Mix together syrup ingredients. Add vegetable mixture and cook slowly for 2 hrs. Seal in sterilized jars.
