2 c cooked butternut squash
1/2 c sugar
1 tbsp flour
2 eggs, beaten
4 tbsp butter, melted
1/4 tsp salt
dash of nutmeg
few drop of vanilla
1/2 c evaporated milk

Directions:
Directions:
2 Squash make 1 recipe. To prepare squash: Split each squash, take out seeds. Bake squash on cookie sheet, cut side down (put foil over cookie sheet). Bake at 350 degrees about 2 hours. Mix all ingredients and bake in buttered casserole at 325 for 40 min.
