1 med head of Cabbage
1 med onion, chopped
1 green pepper
3/4 c sugar
1 c vinegar
3/4 c or less of salad oil
1 tsp celery seed
1 tsp dry mustard
1 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Heat vinegar, oil, celery seed, mustard, and salt. Let come to a boil and pour over cabbage, but DON'T stir. Cover and put in refrigerator over night. Put onion and pepper on cabbage and sprinkle with sugar when ready to serve.
