Ingredients:  
2 c sugar
1 c Wesson oil
2 c plain flour
2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
4 eggs
3 c grated carrots

Frosting:
1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese
1 stick margarine
1 box confectioners' sugar
2 tsp vanilla
1 c pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Sift together flour, soda, salt and cinnamon. Add 2 cups sugar and oil. Beat eggs well and add to mixture, add carrots and blend. Makes 3 layers. Bake at 350 40 min.

Frosting:Mix together all ingredients one at a time. Beat until creamy.
