3 med sweet potatoes, peeled and cooked until tender
1 stick margarine
1 1/2 c sugar
1 can sweetened condensed milk
3 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
2 (9-inch) pie shells, unbaked

Directions:
Directions:
Mash sweet potatoes, combine all ingredients and mix well. Pour pie mixture into unbaked pie shells and bake until done, 30-35 min, at 350. Makes 2 pies. Can be made ahead and frozen.
