1 c. uncooked macaroni
3 eggs, beaten
3 c milk
1/2 lb Cheddar Cheese, cut in cubes
salt & pepper to taste
Paprika (optional)
2 tbsp margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Cook macaroni according to pkg directions; drain. Combine eggs and milk in a large bowl; stir in macaroni, cheese, and seasonings. Spoon mixture into a 2-qu casserole dish; dot with margarine. Bake at 325 for 40 to 60 min or until set.
