2/3 cups bread crumbs TOPPING
1 cup milk 6 Tbls. brown sugar
1/2 cup ketchup
then the following 1/2 tsp nutmeg
1 1/2 lbs. ground chuck
2 beaten eggs
1/4 c onion fine
1 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Soak the bread crumbs in the one cup of milk and let stand while you mix meat, eggs,onion and spices. Then add the soaked breadcrumbs and mix well again. Place in a loaf pan.

Mix topping well and cover the raw meat and bake at 350 for about an hour and a half.
