1 1/2 cup cooked pumpkin
1 cup sugar
3 eggs, beaten
1/4 cup milk
1 tsp ginger
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp cloves
1/2 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl, combine pumpkin, sugar, eggs, and milk. Hand mix until blended. Add spices and mix well. Pour into pie crust and place in a pre-heated oven at 425 for 15 mins. Reduce heat to 350 and baked an additional 45 mins or until done.
