1 1/2 sticks butter
1 1/2 sticks margarine
2 1/2 c. sugar
7 large eggs
4 c. plain flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
3/4 c. thick buttermilk
1/4 tsp black walnut flavoring
1 c. black walnuts, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter, margarine and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs one at time. Beat well after each. Reserve 2 tbsp flour for coating walnuts. Add flour alternately with buttermilk, ending with flour. Add walnut flavoring. Fold in four coated walnuts. Bake at 325 for 70 minutes or till cake tests done.
