18 Cream Filled Chocolate Cookies
2 pkgs (8 oz) cream cheese softened
1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 c. milk chocolate pieces melted- lightly cooled

Directions:
Directions:
Place 1 cookie on bottom of each 18 lined baking cups; Combine cream cheese, sugar mixing at medium speed on electric mixer until well blended. Add eggs one at a time mixing after each addition. Add melted chocolate. Pour into baking cups filling each cup almost full. Bake at 350 for 25 min. Cool before removing from pan. If desired top with whipped topping and chocolate cookie crumbs. *For the mini Oreo's I only make half the recipe, which makes 24 and baked at 350 for 15-20 min.
