1 15 oz can blackeyed peas drained & rinsed
1 10 oz can white shoepeg corn drained
1 14 1/2 oz can petite diced tomatoes
1 small bell pepper diced fine
1 jar bell pepper relish (Mezzetta Deli Style Zesty)
1 8oz jar Zesty Italian Dressing
1 small onion diced fine

Directions:

Mix all ingredients, let sit for 2 days and serve with Frito Scoops for dipping.
