6 oz. cream cheese
2 oz. Blue cheese
3 T. chopped celery
1 T. minced onion
Dash of Cayenne red pepper
Mayonnaise to moisten
Chopped pecans or walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all of the above ingredients together and form in shape of a log. Roll in chopped nuts. Chill in refrigerator wrapped with waxed paper for several hours. Remove 1/2 hr. prior to serving with assorted crackers.
