8-10 slices of bread- cubed
3/4 lb shredded cheddar cheese
2 lb sausage links- cut-up, fried, drained
4 eggs
2 1/4 c. milk
3/4 tsp dry mustard
salt and pepper
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 c. milk

Directions:

Spray 9 x 13 pan with PAM-
Layer bread cubes, cheese, sausage-
Mix eggs, 2 1/4 c. milk, mustard, salt and pepper-
Cover with foil and place in refrigerator overnight-
Just before baking, mix soup and remaining quantity of milk and pour over casserole-
Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees and then the casserole
stand for 10 minutes before you serve it.

Julie and Scott have enjoyed this casserole for
holiday breakfasts since 1977- and it is a favorite still. This casserole is great when paired with Fruit Compote and so easy to do on hectic holiday mornings since all the work is really done the night before!!
