6 boneless PORK CHOPS- about 1 inch thick 1 T vegetable oil 1 package (6 oz) pork flavored stuffing mix 1 can (21oz) apple pie filling
Brown chops in oil- Prepare stuffing mix- Spread apple filling in lightly greased 9 x 13 pan- Place chops over fruit- Top with stuffing- Cover with foil- Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes- Uncover and bake for 10 minutes more
