4 shrimp
2 bunches fresh asparagus
2 T. oil
1 tsp. chopped fresh ginger
2 T. soy sauce
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. sherry
1/8 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Clean shrimp and slice crosswise into 1/4 inch pieces. Clean asparagus and cut into 1 inch lengths, using only the tender part of the stalks. Bring to a boil in 2 cups water and continue for 3 minutes. Drain, saving 2 tablespoons of the water. Heat pan, add 2 tablespoons oil, and sauté prawns until color changes. Add asparagus, ginger, soy sauce, sugar, sherry, salt, and 2 tablespoons of the asparagus water.
