1 lb bulk Italian sausage, browned 4 bay leaves
1 1/2 cups chopped onion 2 T. sugar
12 oz tomato paste 2 tsp. salt
3 28 oz cans diced tomatoes 4 tsp. basil
2 cups water 2 tsp oregano
4 tsp. minced garlic
4 Tbs. chopped Parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Brown the Italian sausage with the onion. Add remaining ingredients. Bring sauce to a boil; reduce heat. Partly cover and simmer for 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
