Crust
1 1/4 cup graham cracker crust
1/4 cup sugar
1/3 cup butter (melted)

Filling
2 whole eggs
2 egg yolks
1 14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
2 T. grated lime zest
1/2 cup key lime juice
dash salt

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare crust
Combine all ingrediants. Using the back of a large spoon, press crumb mixture firmly on bottom of 9" dish.

Prepare filling
In a medium sized bowl, whisk eggs & yolks until pale in color. Stir in the condensed milk, lime juice, lime zest & salt.
Pour into prepared crust & bake in pre-heated 350 degee oven for about 30 minutes. Cool & Chill before serving.
