1 cup chopped green pepper 1 cup frozen peas
1 cup chopped celery 1 cup frozen corn
1 cup chopped onion 1 cup chicken broth
2 TBS butter or marg.

3 cups cubed cooked chicken
8 oz. cooked spaghetti or elbow macaroni
1 jar 4 1/2 oz sliced mushroom 9 (optional)
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
In large skillet, saute green pepper, celery, and onion in butter until tender. Add broth, peas, corn, and heat through.
Stir in chicken and pasta. Pour into 8 in. baking pan. Top with mushrooms and cheese. Cover and freeze for up to 3 months, or cover and bake at 350 for 20 minutes, then uncover and bake 10 more minutes.
