For a 9' pie
1 3/4 cups mashed cooked pumpkin
1/2 tsp salt
1 3/4 cups evaporated milk (12 oz)
2 large eggs
2/3 cup brown sugar
2 tbs sugar
1 1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp ginger
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp cloves

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients and pour into pastry lined pie
pan. Bake 425 degrees, 45-55 min. Bake until knife inserted into side of filling comes clean. The center may look soft but will set later. Cover edges of pie crust with foil to prevent burning.
