"I have long believed that good food, good eating is all about risk. Whether we're talking about unpasteurized Stilton, raw oysters or working for organized crime 'associates,' food, for me, has always been an adventure."--Anthony Bourdain
Crush entire package of Oreo cookies. Soften cream cheese by putting in the microwave for 15 seconds. Mix with crushed Oreos. Roll into balls (about 30 balls). Put balls on wax paper on a tray with a toothpick in each. Let sit in the fridge for a hour. Melt the white almond bark and dip each ball. Sprinkle with the pecans if desired and let sit for 15 minutes. Then sprinkle with chocolate almond bark if desired.
