1 lb. hamburger
1 medium onion
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1 pkg. Ranch dressing mix
1 can Ranch style beans
1 can yellow hominy
1 can diced stewed tomatoes
Water
Ketchup
Salt
Fritos
Grated cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown hamburger and onion. Add taco seasoning and Ranch dressing. Cook a little more.
Add beans, hominy, and tomatoes. Then add water to consistency you like. Add ketchup and salt to taste.
Simmer for at least 30 minutes. Serve over Fritos and top with cheese.
