4 skinless/boneless chicken breasts
1 package taco seasoning mix
1 C salsa of your choice
2 Tbsp. cornstarch, 1/4 cup sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Place chicken breasts in lightly greased shallow baking dish.
Season with taco seasoning mix. Pour salsa over the chicken.

Bake at 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes or until chicken is tender.

Remove chicken from casserole. Stir sour cream and cornstarch into salsa.

Return chicken to mixture.
