2 c. corn
3/4 c. milk
1 T. chopped onion
1 T. chopped green pepper
1 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
1 c. grated cheese
2 T. melted butter
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Mix corn, milk, onion, green pepper, salt, and pepper. Put half of the mixture in an oven proof casserole and then cover with bread crumbs that have been mixed with melted butter. Then cover with cheese. Add rest of corn mixture and cover again. Bake in a moderate oven for 30 minutes.
